County Civil Record Search

Whenever an individual or corporation files suit against another individual or corporation, we can let you know about it, including divorce cases, civil rights violations, product liability lawsuits, judgments of any type, non-payment for goods or services and more. We can locate cases like these in federal, state or county courts. Records are normally searched for the past seven years unless you specify otherwise. County Searches are performed where the records actually originate, therefore the information is the most current available on the market. STATE SEARCHES

 

A search of the State repository will yield records submitted by courts from each county and other criminal justice agencies. Results may show the disposition date, county, defendant name, DOB, race, sex, charge(s) and sentence. Not all states have a statewide search available.

 

 

FEDERAL SEARCHES

 

These searches contain critical information you need for subject evaluation and are investigated daily for the latest information. Federal civil records are found in US District Courts and involve cases concerning interstate commerce, civil rights violations, crimes involving or against

the federal government and financial institutions.

 

Federal violations will not show up in state or country criminal checks. These offenses can involve felonies such as kidnapping, interstate transportation of stolen goods, drag trafficking, bank robbery and embezzlement.

 

Bankruptcy searches may yield case or file number; date filed, type of bankruptcy, discharge date and names of petitioners.

 

 

National Wants and Warrants

This nationwide search of local, county, state and federal extraditable warrants which may include misdemeanors and felonies under the auspices of a government agency. While all law enforcement agencies contribute to the database, reporting is the sole responsibility of

the state and agency in charge of the pending warrant. We therefore cannot be responsible for the quality of the information yielded from such a search.

Motor Vehicle Reports
